Aboriginals and African-Canadians:
- During the 1920’s many Aboriginals and African-Canadians were facing very racist polices and sentiments.
- Read Pages 69-71 about the issues faced by Aboriginals, African Canadians and other immigrant groups.
- Students compare and contrast the challenges faced by minority groups using the Leaflet as an example.
- Create a Chart to show comparisons and contrasts.
- Use examples from the leaflet and the textbook to indicate why Aboriginals and African Canadians faced racism in Canada during the 1920’s and how was Racism displayed to these groups?
